Levi

Levi came over for a little mini-session the other day, but he just didn't feel like smiling! I thought this one was cute, smile or no smile.

Eva's 12 months

I've been wanting to post these for a while now, but just haven't had much time to spend on my personal photography! Here are a couple of shots of Eva from her 12 month photo shoot.

Making Waves

My sister (in-law) came to visit last week and on Sunday we braved it out to Botanical Beach. It was cold but it was amazing! I first went there in August and the water was pretty tame, but on Sunday it was explosive! We could hear the waves crashing from where we parked the car, which is a 15 minute hike away. The waves were loud and crashing, and I loved trying to capture them... even with freezing fingers. I definitely need to invest in some mini-mitts!

Pete, Joy & Eva

These were taken in Victoria on Dallas Road on a previous day. The waves were pretty crazy here too!

Ty & Elena

Ty & Elena came over from Vancouver last weekend to do their engagement shoot. It was another one of those days where there was something like 80% chance of precipitation but we managed to have our session during a dry period. Nice! We started off at Cordova Bay and then went to a couple other spots in Saanich. Ty & Elena will be wed on May 17th in Vancouver... I can't wait! Can you believe that I've lived in Victoria for two years now and haven't even been to Vancouver!?

Jeremy & Jocelyn - December 29, 2007

Jeremy and Jocelyn were married on December 29th at Shelbourne Street Church of Christ. Jeremy's brother is in the pie business and had a beautiful (and DELICIOUS!) selection of pies for the reception following the ceremony. Jocelyn, of course, looked amazing and it was a beautiful day. I hope you two had a great time in Mexico!

Susan, Chris & Family

Susan contacted me a while ago about getting some family pictures while her sister was in town for Christmas, as a gift to their mother. Almost all of my favourite ones are black and white, except this adorable one of Danny.

Danny giving some flair to the portrait :)

Happy New Year!
